The UAW Local 5960 Transition Center has been informed that the Unemployment Debit Card, that you were issued, is good for three (3) years. If you are a laid-off Skilled Trades Person who was laid-off in November of 2009, you should continue to use your existing Debit Card. Call Chase Bank at 866-523-2122 to report lost or stolen Debit Cards.
