WORK/FAMILY LIFE . . . With all the changes going on at Orion, the UAW/GM Family Work/Life program would like to extend a helping hand and remind everyone that our services are here for you. The next few months of transition to the new car project can be overwhelming. Signs of anxiety and confusion are evident in our facility. We hope that everyone will keep in mind that your concerns are of great importance to the entire UAW/GM Work/Life Team. If you find yourself feeling stressed, emotional or you start experiencing feelings you don’t understand, please utilize the Work/Family services. |
